Sergeant Francis Olle

With over 38 years of service, mainly in investigative roles, Sergeant Olle has had exposure to a diverse range of criminal offending and crime detecting technique. In 2018 Francis transferred to the Blue Connect Project to assist the development and customisation of Victoria Police’s foremost intelligence platform – Neo. As part of the team for the initial roll-out he leans heavily on his experience to ensure product compatibility with the modern investigator. The Data & Analytics Team continues to provide support for users from all facets of policing. Francis is considered the subject matter expert in use of the platform and readily shares this knowledge with the internal intelligence network.
