Booking Policy: Credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in
Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
Cancellation Policy: No charge up to 7 days prior to arrival (by 16:00 local time). One night fee applies thereafter

Check-out: by 11:00 am
Children Policy: One child under 12 stays free using existing bedding and receives complimentary breakfast
Credit Card Fee: 1.4% applies to card payments (EFTPOS or cash payments on departure to avoid fee)
