Voluntary Delegate Cancellation
All cancellations, substitutions and changes to registrations must be made in writing to Wise Connections at aipio@wiseconnections.com.au
Cancellations received up until COB Friday 3 July 2026 will receive a refund less a $209.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received after COB Friday 3 July 2026 will receive no refund.
Delegate substitutions (from the same organisation), may be made up until COB Friday 7 August 2026. Each substitution will be subject to a $66 administration fee.
Delegate substitutions will not be accepted after COB Friday 7 August 2026.
Amendments to Conference registrations will incur a $66 administration fee.
Refunds will be returned using the same payment method as the original payment.
No refund or discount will be made if a function or event inclusive within the registration fee is not attended, or if you later cancel your participation in that function or event.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Purchase Order Payments
All EFT and Purchase Order requests must be submitted in writing to Wise Connections at aipio@wiseconnections.com.au
A $66 administrative fee applies per invoice for registration payments made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Purchase Order.
Any payments made by international bank transfer must be in AUD and include all international transfer fees charged by intermediary and receiving banks.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice. AIPIO/ Wise Connections reserve the right to cancel registrations if payment is not received by the due date.
Payment must be made in full to receive access to the Conference.
EFT and Purchase Order payment options are subject to registration availability and will not be available after Friday 7 August 2026, to ensure payment is received and cleared prior to the event.
AIPIO and/or Wise Connections reserve the right to refuse access to EFT or Purchase order payments.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
AIPIO may cancel or postpone the Conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or change the location for the Conference.
If the Conference cannot proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format, registrations will be transferred to a virtual registration. If you choose not to attend the virtual Conference, no refund will be payable.
If the Conference is postponed and you confirm you will attend the rescheduled Conference, when requested, AIPIO will transfer your registration and provide equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability). If you choose not to attend the rescheduled Conference, no refund will be payable.
If the Conference is cancelled in full, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Conference registration fee paid.
AIPIO’s maximum liability of AIPIO under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Conference registration fee paid. AIPIO is not liable for travel, accommodation, or any other associated costs.
Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not include insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss incurred.
Tax
All registration fees and additional tickets are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), and include GST (10%).
Third Party Websites
Any third-party websites linked from this site are not managed by AIPIO or Wise Connections. The organisers do not control the content of linked websites, and accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, currency, reliability and completeness. Links are provided in good faith and users should make their own enquiries.
Disclaimer
By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at Intelligence 2026 their image or voice may be recorded (including via video and photography) by an officer or official of Intelligence 2026 and may be published or distributed at the discretion of the Organisers. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify the Conference Office in advance by email.

As the event registration manager, Wise Connections may disclose your personal information to the event host and relevant suppliers who reasonably require the information for event delivery.
Additionally, AIPIO and Wise Connections reserve the right to collect and provide contact details to authorities where required for contact tracing or other relevant Government requirements.
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or updates to personal information held by Wise Connections by written request.
