Sarah Matar is a Partner at Kearney, where she leads the firm’s work in defense and security education. With over 15 years of experience, she works with military, police, intelligence, and industry institutions to design and implement education strategies and training programs.
Her expertise spans the full education lifecycle, from foundational training to advanced academic and professional development programs. She also supports institutional transformation through education reform to build long-term capability.
Sarah is the founder and lead of Kearney’s Women in Aerospace, Defense, and Security (WADS) network, a platform connecting professionals across government, military, and academia to share insights and elevate women in the sector. She began her career in finance before moving into consulting and is now a recognized voice in defense and security.
