Justin leads Moody's engagement with corporate, government, and national security organisations across Oceania, helping intelligence, compliance, and risk teams turn entity data into decisions. Over more than 15 years across ANZ and APAC, he has worked alongside analysts and investigators confronting increasingly complex threat landscapes: tracing layered corporate structures across borders, identifying hidden connections and beneficial owners, and screening entities against global sanctions and watchlists when the operational tempo leaves no room for delay.
His expertise spans counter-financial-crime, sanctions and watchlist screening, third-party and supply chain risk, and corporate intelligence, shaped by a career embedding connected datasets into government and enterprise workflows. What drives him is the outcome: compressing investigations that once took months into minutes, and ensuring AI-assisted automation sharpens analyst judgement rather than replacing it. He works daily with teams under pressure to deliver faster, more accurate assessments with fewer resources.
