Kylie Flower

Kylie is currently a facilitator/training consultant at Wisdom Learning. For the past 6.5 years she has worked with Commonwealth agencies, the private sector and individuals to build capability in areas including national security, law enforcement and leadership. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching, and inspiring people to reach their full potential. 

For the 29 years, Kylie was a sworn member of the Australian Federal Police working across a range of areas including investigations, ACT Policing operations,  internal investigations and learning and development. Highlights of her career included a posting to Hong Kong, working with international partner agencies to build capability, leading the Learning and Development Command and a secondment to the National Security College at ANU. Kylie holds several undergraduate qualifications, and Masters degrees in the fields of Leadership and Management, and Education. She is also a Vincent Fairfax Fellow (Centre for Ethical Leadership). She has been married for 35 years and has an 18 year old son!
