Isabel’s career began in the intelligence profession where she refined her analytical skills and developed expertise in producing trusted insights to support time-critical decisions in high-consequence environments. Over her career she has led analytical teams, coordinated the handling of sensitive operational information, and delivered clear, decision-ready intelligence in complex environments.
Isabel’s work has since evolved to shaping organisational strategies and enterprise leadership, where she has focused on shaping strategic direction, strengthening cross-organisational partnerships, and translating strategic priorities into measurable frontline outcomes. Today, Isabel is recognised for demonstrating how intelligence and strategy functions can work together to strengthen executive decision-making and deliver real-world operational impact, drawing on her experience at the intersection of analysis, policy, and delivery.
Isabel holds a Master of Intelligence and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning psychology, justice, and cyber security. She has served on the Board of the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers since 2020 and currently holds the role of Director, National Events.
