Appointed Professional Conference Organiser

Wise Connections are the appointed Professional Conference Organiser and are the merchant charging the registration fees for the AIPIO annual events including the Intelligence 2017 Conference, Seminar and Forum, on behalf of AIPIO.

By purchasing a registration you agree to either transfer the total due via either Electronic Funds Transfer or via credit card which will be charged and ‘Wise Connections’ will appear on your credit card statement. Payment

Full payment is required in order for your Conference registration to be confirmed. Delegates who have not paid will not be allowed access to the Conference.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation from Wise Connections for event registration within 7 days of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please call +61 3 9885 6566.

Cancellation / Amendment Policy

All cancellations and changes to registrations need to be made in writing to Wise Connections at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • Cancellations made up until COB on Friday 23 June 2017 will receive a refund less a $175 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made after Friday 23 June 2017 will receive no refund.
  • Delegate substitutes, from the same organisation, may be made up until COB Friday 21 July 2017.
    Each substitution will be subject to a $27.50 administration fee.
  • Delegate substitutions will not be accepted after Friday 21 July 2017.
  • Amendments to Conference registrations will be subject to a $27.50 administration fee.

Session Photos

Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for communications or marketing purposes.

Travel Insurance

Wise Connections recommend that delegates purchase travel insurance including cover for non-refundable Conference registration fees.
